Our team of home caregivers are uniquely qualified and ready to help 

Every member of our team of home caregivers are professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers® home caregivers. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others. 

All Comfort Keepers caregivers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Owners

Tom and Bev Berard founded this Comfort Keepers franchise in 2007. What led them to starting this franchise was their desire to help seniors enjoy more fulfilling and independent lives as they grow older—and to support their families in the process. 

Ten years later, they still enjoy the personal reward that comes from seeing Comfort Keepers transform the lives of older adults, renewing their passion for life in the comfort of home.

Jeanne Anderson

General Manager

Jeanne has been with Comfort Keepers for 6 years.  She started with Comfort Keepers scheduling our Caregivers into the homes of Clients.  Over the years Jeanne has grown within the Company.  She now is our General Manager and our Client Care Manager.  She works with our team in the office to ensure that our clients are receiving good quality care.  She enjoys going out and visiting with our Clients and their families.  She is also involved in working with families, clients, and professionals in the community to help clients stay in their homes with one on one cares.  

Rachael M., RN

Director of Nursing

Rachael has been with Comfort Keepers for over three years and came to us with prior home care experience.  Rachael delights in working with her clients and making sure they are receiving the best care possible, while helping them.

Kim C.

Caregiver Supervisor, Client Care Coordinator

Kim C spent a lot of time with her grandparents growing up.  It was just natural for her to take care of her grandmother as she aged.  Even before Kim’s grandmother passed away she joined Comfort Keepers in 2014 as a Caregiver because she has that special caregivers heart.  She moved into the office in early 2015 as our scheduler and has worked her way up to being the Caregiver Supervisor and Client Care Coordinator. Kim now spends her days working with our caregivers, clients and families to assure we are successful at meeting our customers’ expectations.

Sam Aisawa

Administrative Supervisor

Sam Aisawa is the Administrative Supervisor at Comfort Keepers. Sam came to Comfort Keepers as a caregiver in 2013 after leaving a career in banking to care for her Grandmother. She continued working part-time as a caregiver while attending school. After graduating with an Associate’s degree in Health Information Technology, Sam came to work full-time with scheduling and caregiver training. She is currently working with prospective clients, new business ventures and marketing.
